Privacy at Opis Tower
You can walk around the office without telling us anything. This page explains what happens when you talk to Mika (the receptionist), leave an inquiry, or book a call, which Shenna (EJ's secretary) passes on to EJ.
What we collect

| Use the office at all | A daily, one-way scrambled code made from your connection, only to limit how often Mika can be used. We never store your IP address. |
Please don't share passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in the chat. Mika will never ask for them.
Kept in your own browser
So Mika can welcome you back, your chat and first name are saved in your browser for up to 30 days. They never leave your device for this purpose. Click Start over in Mika's chat to clear them, or clear your browser's site data.
Who handles your details

| Google Calendar | Shows which times EJ is free, and holds calls EJ accepts. |
| Telegram | Shenna sends EJ your inquiry or booking request in a private message. |
| Gmail | Sends you a thank-you or confirmation email, and EJ's personal reply. |
Your details are used only to reply to you and arrange calls. They are never sold, never shown in the office (the office only ever shows lines like "Logged a new inquiry"), and never used for advertising.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and bookings are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless we start working together, in which case they become part of that project's records.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing maskarinoernestjohn@gmail.com. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
